Connectivity
The server is hosted in the Fráncfort, so players far away will naturally see higher ping. Most fixable connection trouble is local: anti-virus/firewall, a VPN, or a saturated connection. Use a wired connection and close bandwidth-heavy apps for the best results.
Lag while playing
- Close bandwidth-heavy apps (torrents, P2P, streaming, big downloads).
- Open GameSettings.exe and, in the third graphics option (below Direct3D HAL / Direct3D T&L HAL), make sure your correct graphics card is selected. (Seeing the same card listed twice is normal.)
- Use a wired connection where possible.
- In-game, try
/vsyncfor smoother frames.
"Rejected from server"
This is a temporary IP lockout, usually from repeated wrong passwords.
- Stop trying to log in and wait ~15 minutes for the lockout to clear.
- Confirm you're entering the correct password.
- Check Discord (opens in a new tab) for maintenance announcements.
- If it lasts beyond 15 minutes, contact staff on Discord.
Server still recognizes your last log-in
The previous session hasn't timed out yet.
- Wait a few minutes and try again — the session clears on its own.
- You can't be logged into the same character twice — make sure no other client/session is still holding it.
- If you're truly stuck logged in, ask staff on Discord (opens in a new tab).
Can't connect / "failed to connect"
- Check Discord (opens in a new tab) — the server may be in maintenance.
- Allow the LxudRO client through your firewall and anti-virus.
- Disable VPNs/proxies that may route you poorly or get blocked.
- Restart your router/PC and retry.
