Troubleshooting
Having trouble installing, launching, or playing LxudRO? Most problems come from incomplete patches, missing system runtimes, or anti-virus interference — and almost all of them are quick to fix. Start with the checklist below, then jump to the section that matches your symptom.
Try these first — they solve the majority of issues:
- Run the patcher as Administrator and let it finish completely before pressing Start.
- Add your LxudRO folder to your anti-virus exceptions (AV programs frequently quarantine the patcher and Gepard files).
- Reboot and try again.

Sections
- Crashing — client won't launch, closes after Gepard, mid-game crashes, missing
.dllfiles, DirectX/Gepard errors. - Installing & Patching — failed patches, slow downloads, installer errors, "won't start after patch".
- Display — white screen, stuck fullscreen, tiny text, window size, mouse and screenshot issues.
- Connectivity — lag, "rejected from server", stuck sessions, can't connect.

A full reinstall fixes most stubborn problems: download the latest installer from lxudro.net/downloads (opens in a new tab) and install it into a fresh folder. Your account and characters are stored on the server, so reinstalling the client never affects them.
