Dexterity Soul Quest
One-time quest chain to forge the Dexterity Soul — the soul of swiftness, bound from the fire essence of Thor's Volcano.

Step 1 — Begin at the Quest Room
Enter the "Dexterity Soul" waiting room and talk to General Barca. Ask about the Dexterity Soul to activate the quest. He sends you to Smith Hephas in Einbroch.
Step 2 — Find Smith Hephas
Smith Hephas sometimes ignores you while hammering at the forge — this is not a bug. Keep talking to him until he responds.
Choose "General Barca sent me" and accept. He directs you to Sage Firiel in Geffen.
Step 3 — Bring the ritual materials to Sage Firiel
Firiel prepares the ritual vessel, but needs these materials first. Farm them from the creatures of Abyss Lake:

Sage Firiel's dialog mentions Abyss Lake, but these are the best real farm spots from server drop data.
Return with all three → she hands you the Crimson Speed Gem and assigns you to the hunt.
Do not drop, sell, or store the Crimson Speed Gem. You must carry it through the whole hunt — if you lose it the quest cannot be completed, and no NPC will re-issue it.
Step 4 — Hunt the Sacred Embers in Thor's Volcano
Danger: Extreme. Thor's Volcano is Fire-element and home to Ifrit (MVP). Bring Fire-resist gear, anti-Stun, and consider a party. Avoid Ifrit unless you can handle an MVP.
You are assigned 2 random floors. Sacred Ember I & II can drop from any kill on those floors, but the drop rate is very low — expect a long grind. Check your assigned maps with @souldex.

Once you have both embers, head back to Sage Firiel in Geffen.
Step 5 — Return to Sage Firiel
Hand over the Crimson Speed Gem. She seals the embers into the
Scorched Key and sends you to Smith Hephas.
Keep the Scorched Key safe until you hand it in — like the gem, it cannot be recovered if lost.
Step 6 — Forge with Smith Hephas
He takes the Scorched Key (consumed), finishes the forging, and sends you back to General Barca.
Step 7 — Claim your reward
General Barca presents your reward: Dexterity Soul. Quest complete!
